These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at ampreviews.io, any related domains, and any services provided through our reputation management and marketing platform (collectively, the "Site").
By using the Site, accessing our content, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Intellectual Property & License
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, recordings, software, and layout ("Content"), is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for lawful business purposes related to your interest in or purchase of our services.

Amp Reviews provides software and services to help businesses ("Clients") request, collect, manage, and promote reviews from their own customers ("End-Customers").
This may include:
CRM integration to access past and future customer data
Automated review invitation campaigns via email/SMS
Review tracking, analysis, and reporting
Publishing positive reviews on public platforms (when applicable)
We act as a service provider, facilitating communication between the Client and their End-Customers solely for the purpose of gathering feedback and public reviews. We do not act as the Client's agent for other business purposes, nor do we assume any obligation for the content, timing, or effect of the Client's communications.
3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the Site or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
Impersonate another person or falsely represent your affiliation
Scrape or mine data from the platform
Submit End-Customer data unless you have lawful rights and consent to do so
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Review Content
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, tone, and legality of all messages sent through our platform, including review invitations. Clients are also solely responsible for how they use or display review content collected through our Services.
You must not:
Incentivize reviews in a way that violates review platform policies (e.g., Google’s terms)
Post or promote fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews
Use reviews in a misleading or deceptive manner
We may suspend accounts that misuse reviews or abuse the system.
5. Payment & Refunds
Fees for paid services are specified at the time of purchase or sign-up. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. We may refuse or limit service if timely payment is not received.
Refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon at purchase.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account. Notify us immediately at[email protected]if you suspect unauthorized use.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data and your End-Customers’ data.
By using our platform, you confirm that:
You have obtained all necessary consent to upload or share End-Customer data
You will not use our system to send unsolicited or unlawful messages
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your phone number, clicking the consent box and submitting a web form, you agree to receive text messages from us related to AMP Reviews services. These messages may include updates, offers, reminders, or other relevant communications based on the check box you agreed to.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by simply texting "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation SMS to verify your unsubscribe status. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt in again by texting START or through the original sign-up process.

9. Medical & Regulated Clients
If you operate in a regulated industry (e.g., medical clinics, dental offices, med spas), you acknowledge and agree that:
We do not process or store Protected Health Information (PHI) unless a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place
You are responsible for ensuring any customer data submitted is compliant with applicable laws (e.g., HIPAA, PIPEDA, Law 25)
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The platform will be error-free or available without interruption
Results (such as increased reviews or revenue) will occur
Review content submitted by End-Customers is authentic, positive, or aligned with expectations
You use the Site and Services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Lost profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption
Errors or omissions in the content or results
In no case shall our total liability exceed the fees paid to us by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Winvision Consultants Inc., its officers, affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:
Your use of the Site or Services
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease immediately.
